The Neriya
Building

Originally a distinguished sake brewery dating back to the Sengoku period, the Neriya building was renowned for producing "Nindo-shu," a medicinal liqueur.
Befitting the esteemed families of Inuyama, it flourished as a venue for elegant tea ceremonies, and it is even said that Lord Naruse of Inuyama Castle and Toyotomi Hideyoshi graced its halls.
This exquisite estate, with its tea-steeped architecture, serene garden, and dedicated tea room, has been thoughtfully transformed into luxurious guest rooms and a fine dining restaurant, offering an immersion into the pinnacle of Inuyama's cultural heritage.

The Shimohonmachi
Building

Situated at the entrance of Honmachi Street, this is the former residence of a distinguished family.
Once a prominent financial establishment, its imposing wooden lattice facade exemplifies the traditional machiya architecture of Inuyama. In addition to the main house, two large storehouses at the rear have been meticulously renovated into guest rooms.
The opulent fittings and the solid storehouse doors are among the many details that speak to its former glory.

These guest rooms occupy the very spaces once inhabited by the master brewers and artisans of the Kojima Brewery. Original architectural features, such as the distinctive Bengara red plaster walls and rugged exposed beams, have been carefully preserved.
